Strata Certification

Our Director, Robin Howard, is an expert in strata certification and can assist you by:

• Reviewing of planning and documentation for compliance with the requirements of the relevant Strata Scheme Act.

• Reviewing Council’s DA consent conditions and other Authorities requirements.

• Undertaking the required pre-approval site inspection as an Accredited Certifier (AC),

• Issuing of a Strata Certificate in accordance with Division 4 of the Strata Schemes (Freehold Development) Act or Division 7 & of the Strata Schemes (Leasehold Development) Act 1986.
